I’ve always been the organiser. The person who notices the details, remembers what matters to people and thinks about what needs to happen next.
Before Parker & Bailey, I worked as a PA and EA within financial services, including as Chief of Staff to a Chairman and CEO, as well as organising corporate events and roadshows.
That experience taught me how to manage complexity, anticipate needs, work discreetly with senior people and remain calm when there are a hundred things happening at once.
Today, I bring those skills into something much more personal. I don’t just want your wedding to look beautiful.
I want you to feel completely looked after.
And I want your guests to feel it too.

One of my favourite parts of planning is discovering somewhere that isn’t already on everyone’s list. And then finding the people who can bring it to life. Over time, I’ve built trusted relationships with exceptional venues and suppliers across the UK and internationally. But I don’t believe in recommending someone simply because they’re on a preferred list. Parker & Bailey does not receive commission or referral fees from venues or suppliers.
